Kiaeimehrart

I’m Fardokht Kiaei Mehr, born in 2001.
I hold a B.A. in Painting from Soore University of Tehran and a Diploma in Photography.

Art has been my world for more than seven years. My early training focused on digital art, printmaking, stencils, and illustration—fields where I gained recognition through competitions and awards. At university, I explored painting more deeply and developed several collections, from figurative ink drawings (Angel of Freedom) and nature-inspired works, to experimental printmaking, line art, and watercolor studies. My final project, Laposhouni, was an intensive exploration of light and shadow.

Today, my practice centers on the interplay of form, texture, and color. I aim for a minimalist aesthetic—where simplicity invites reflection and creates space for deeper emotional connection. My recent works combine fragmented, expressive colors with layered textures, drawing inspiration from both Van Gogh’s intensity and Francis Bacon’s raw energy. White space often plays a symbolic role, representing purity, emptiness, or potential, while hidden layers suggest depth and complexity beneath the surface.
